Gift Basket delivery / Shipping and Handling charges Inside Athens / Attiki: Shipping charges are 9,50€ independent of weight and size, and delivery is usually within 1-2 days of your order. Same day delivery is made in special cases. Deliveries in Attica are made daily, weekends and holidays.
The products are shipped as shown in the photographs of our website GiftBasketsOnline.gr unless a product is out of stock. You will be notified for a product replacement with a product of equal or greater value - if you wish and of course without extra charge. If you want something different from the products presented in our website, please contact us and we can make your own personal basket together the way you want it.
Outside Attica: Delivery of gifts in the rest of Greece and abroad are carried out in collaboration with a courier service of your or our choise and upon request. Charges in this case depends on the courier company. There is also the option to send the present with a carrier service that you can choose with your order. In this case transporting charges are paid by the recipient. For some areas that are either inaccessible or shipping is not possible by courier services shipping will be made through the Greek Postal service. In these case delivery time depends on the Greek Post Office.
We are not responsible if for reasons such as bad weather, strikes etc your gifts do not get delivered on time.
When sending gifts outside of Attica we package your gifts in boxes with aeroplast and other material that protect your basket and add "FRAGILE" indication on the box. We are not responsible if the carrier or courrier is not careful with the package during transporting it to the recipient. Gift Basket Delivery Delivery of your gift basket can be made the day you specify as long as you place your order on time. The payment receipt or invoice will be sent to the one ordering the gift basket and not the recipient by mail. Gift wrapping is a free service of GiftBasketsOnline.gr We will gladly write an greeting card with your personal message and include it in your basket.
If you want to send more than one gifts in two different addresses, you can either place two different orders specifying in the checkout each shipping address or you can place one order and in the notes section of the checkout page leave us a note about the different addresses and we will contact you for any clarifications needed.
